The Maison
Giving ice the same care as the spirit it accompanies.
01 · The origin
It all begins with a detail
Before The Rocks, my world was already one of high-end service and events. I personalised water bottles for events, with an attention to the details that quietly shape the perception of an experience.
As that chapter drew to a close, a conversation with a friend brought an almost self-evident idea to life: applying the same care to ice, starting with exceptional mineral water.
The idea was simple. It opened up a much wider territory.
I explored ice-making methods and cultures around the world. That is how I discovered the Japanese craft of tasting ice: remarkably transparent pieces, slowly formed, shaped with almost sculptural precision.
At that moment, ice became a tasting material, a gesture of service, a presence.
02 · The manifesto
The final detail
In the world of exceptional spirits, every step matters.
The origin is chosen.
The ageing is mastered.
The glass is selected.
Temperature, gesture and timing each have their place.
Yet at the moment of service, ice is often treated as secondary. This is precisely where The Rocks belongs.
Ice is the last element to enter the glass. It deserves the same attention and precision as the spirit it accompanies.
The Rocks was born of this intention: to make the final detail a gesture in its own right.

03 · The founder
A culture of exacting care
This pursuit of precision resonates with my own journey. Years of show-jumping competition taught me that performance is rarely built on a single grand gesture. It grows through repetition, rigour, resilience and constant attention to what others might consider insignificant.
The accuracy of a line.
The right tempo.
A detail practised again and again, until it appears natural.
I brought this discipline into another world: service, tasting and material. With The Rocks, I wanted to create something precise and warm, refined and discreet, rare by nature. A maison where mastery is felt before it is explained.

04 · The name
Why The Rocks
The name comes naturally from ‘on the rocks’, inseparable from the language of spirits. It also carries a deeper meaning.
Material.
Density.
Presence.
Precision.
Something solid, elemental, almost self-evident, whose full value emerges when it receives the attention it deserves. Taking a familiar element and looking at it differently. Shaping it. Mastering it. Giving it presence.
05 · The shape
The sphere came naturally
Of all shapes, the sphere offers the slowest, most even melt. It leaves the spirit its full voice, to the very last sip.
Each piece begins with Swiss mineral water from the Mont Blanc massif, crystallised for thirty-six hours, then handcrafted in Switzerland, numbered and certified.

06 · The ambition
To become the reference maison for tasting ice spheres
An ambition born in the Alps, looking towards palaces, chalets and fine dining. Tomorrow in Monaco, London and distinguished addresses around the world.
Refinement lies in mastering the final detail.
