Storage
Keep your gift box in the freezer at -18 °C. Each sphere retains its clarity for up to two months.

The glass
A heavy-bottomed tumbler, ideally chilled. The sphere finds its place at the centre.

The sphere
Place it with serving tongs, then let it rest for one minute: it clears and gently welcomes the spirit.

The spirit
Pour slowly, directly over the sphere. The chill captures the aromas and preserves the balance of the glass.

Time
A slow, steady melt. The spirit opens throughout the tasting and keeps its voice to the very last sip.

The House Card
Each piece bears its name
Each sphere is individually handcrafted, numbered and certified. Its House Card accompanies it to the glass: placed on the table, it tells the story of the ice, Swiss mineral water from the Mont Blanc massif, crystallised over thirty-six hours.
Present it to your guests before serving. The ritual begins there.
